- Links to content on other websites should not be construed as an endorsement of the content contained therein
- TCSG and its colleges (including Atlanta Technical College) reserve the right to remove content that is not protected by the First Amendment
- The following types of speech are not protected by the First Amendment: obscenity, pornography, threats and defamatory statements
