If you have an extreme emergency that requires an Enrollment Verification before one is available via the clearinghouse, please stop by the Registrar’s office.

Enrollment Status

A degree, diploma, or certificate student who is registered for at least 12.0 quarter credit hours is considered to be a full-time student. Enrolling for fewer hours for a particular quarter may affect eligibility for financial aid or veterans’ benefits and enrollment certification. CEU credit hours are not included in the student load calculation.

12.0 or more credit hours = full-time enrollment status
11.0 to 6.0 credit hours = half-time enrollment status
Less than 6.0 credit hours = less than half-time enrollment status
